Corporate Training · Inside-company build of Vibe Coding

Vibe Coding, brought to your team.

Public workshops are built for a room of strangers. Corporate Training is built for a room that already works together. We walk in knowing your stack, your systems, and the five processes eating the most of your team’s time — and we don’t walk out until you’re building them.

The premise

AI adoption sticks when it touches the real work.

Most corporate AI training looks the same: a keynote about productivity, a demo of three popular tools, a round of enthusiastic nodding. Two weeks later, usage is back to zero.

It fails for a specific reason. The training was generic. The team came back to their real systems, their real exceptions, their real approval chains — and the generic demo didn’t translate.

We do the opposite. Before we arrive, we audit your actual workflows. We pick the three to five highest-leverage systems your team could build. Then we build them alongside your people, using your real data, on your real stack. At the end they own what they built — because they built it.

How it runs

Scope, build, hand off.

Scope

We audit your workflows before arriving. What’s manual, what’s repetitive, what’s critical. We come back with the three to five highest-leverage systems to build in-workshop. You approve the list.

Build

Two to three days, onsite or remote. Your team builds alongside us with real data, real stack, real edge cases. We teach the method while pointing it at the work.

Hand off

Your team owns what they built. We’re available for the next 30 days for iteration and follow-up — new workflows, edge cases, team-member onboarding.

Where this fits

Teams with too much manual work and enough willingness to try.

We’ve run this for teams stuck in six overlapping SaaS subscriptions, teams where 65% of hours disappear into copy-paste between systems, teams that have tried to automate before and bounced off complexity. It works when the team genuinely wants to build — not when the training is imposed from above as a mandatory session.

It doesn’t work for teams looking for an off-the-shelf deck, teams who want the trainer to do the work while they watch, or teams looking for bespoke software development (that’s a different conversation — not this one).

Your stack, your workflows, the work that’s bleeding the most time. We come back with a scoped proposal.
